Usage
Leakage Oil Dispersant is a chemical agent which can be used to handle flowing oil product and environmental pollution. The confection method is unique, and the product is emphasizing on the removal of poison property, infiltration strengthening. diffusion capability, emulsification
function of oil, dispersion effect of oil or grease, prevention of leakage oil fire.
Characteristics:
I . Strong emulsification, high stability, k good biological decomposability.
2. It belongs to Non-poison product, avail to protect aquatic product resources.
Application:
1. handle the leakage petroleum pollution on the surface of seaport, river or lake.
2. Handle the floating oil of cooling water or other drain waste water in petroleum-refining factory.
3. Handle the floating oil of drain waste water in oil field.
4. Clean the out surface of mechanical equipments such as port bank wall. boatyard, trestle, deck of ship, beach, diesel. etc., and oil cabin, oil tank. oil pipeline especially for small
size oil pipe.
5. Control the happening of oil leakage accident.
Using method
1. Spray the product uniformly to the floating oil. After 15-40 min.. agitate by manual or machine to gain better effect.
2. To clean the accumulating oil of the machinery surface use brush after spraying the agent, then wash with clean water.
3. To clean the inner wall of oil cabin. oil tank and oil pipe flush, with pressure Pump then wash with water. If the oil layer is too thick and the viscosity is too high flush with proper high pressure pump.
Dosage
The dosage is determined by the oil type. thickness or oil layer and airslake degree. For thin oil layer the dosage will be 15-30% of oil quantity. If the oil layer is too thick callback the
oil to the best of one's abilities until the layer is about 1 mm. If encountering special condition may continue adding the agent with the max. dosage less than one times of leakage
oil quantity.
Attention
Keep away from fire source. Avoid long time sunshine, also avoid to be baked at high temperature or frozen at low temperature.
